Responsible for the overall facilities and operations in NYU Law’s student residence halls. Works in coordination with various departments to provide and maintain comfortable, safe, and secure living environments for residents. Responsible for management and day to day operations of service staff, maintenance of the physical plant, resident work order system, budget tracking, vendor and service contract management, and resident communication.

Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
7+ years related experience

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
HVAC equipment and maintenance, janitorial services, efficient computer skills including but not limited to Excel and Word, property management experience, fire alarm system familiarity, 32B/J Union contract knowledge, pest control, student and service staff interaction and intervention, construction detail, security and budget.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
FDNY certificate for fire suppression systems. Architectural, construction and mechanical knowledge and experience.
