At Stony Brook Medicine, our Operations Manager Incumbent is to provide Management oversight for the East Campus Contract Services and Regulatory Compliance.
Duties of an Operations Manager may include the following but are not limited to:
Shall review all employee evaluations and employee performance documentation.
Shall review all contractor evaluations and performance documentation.
Shall effectively manage assigned staff and budgets of the East Campus buildings regulatory compliance including the Mart, Bed Tower and East Campus Garages.
Responsible for the TJC compliance for all assigned areas.
Responsible for the maintenance and contract management of the East Campus including the Mart, Bed Tower and Garages.
Responsible for developing quality controls and improvements.
Responsible for the review and implementation of all Plant Operations Policies and Procedures.
Responsible for inputting and maintaining all regulatory Compliance documentation into the computer system.
Responsible for conducting regulatory Building and Garage rounds.
BS in Engineering and 5 years' experience in Facility Maintenance.
In lieu of a degree must have 10 years of experience in the Building Maintenance Systems, such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Structural and Grounds.
