Key Responsibilities:

• Under direction of the Chief Engineer, perform mechanical and maintenance operations, including those related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete initiatives related to contractor relations, safety, energy management, and functions that promote optimal physical habitability.
• General building maintenance including, door repair and keying, ceiling repair, floor repair and miscellaneous other duties.
• Maintain positive working relationships with tenants, responding to requests and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain productivity-enhancing communications and working relationships with co-workers, management, third-party contractors, and suppliers.
• Respond to after-hours calls.
