Legacy Mechanical, Inc. is a growing mechanical contractor located in Denver, CO that was founded in 2004. Summary: Manage the time, cost and quality by planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process to include items in below Job Description. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Represent the company in the office and field by effective:
Project controls tracking
Quality control and assurance
Scheduling, budgeting and planning
Safety policy enforcement
Meeting contractual requirements
Learn, implement and assist in continual modification of company policy in regards to project management
Prepare internal and external reports to reflect daily, weekly and monthly job status and productivity.
Develop working relationships with clients for opportunities for negotiated work
Assist estimating in developing proposal and budgets, and create proposals with estimating’s assistance
Learn HVAC, plumbing and piping systems take-off with the current estimating software (AutoBid Mechanical and SheetMetal)
Ability to delegate
Ability to plan ahead to prevent problems, resolve emerging ones and mitigate risks
Ability to multi-task and handle the many different challenges of managing multiple projects
Ability to timely respond to corporate requests of determined KPI’s
Communication skills (Both technical and non-technical)
