Job Summary

Under close supervision of the Asst. AD for Events and Facilities, assist in the building maintenance and event services at the Aggie Stadium. Assist units providing direct facility support including operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, building structures, electrical systems and custodial services units. Assist the facilities and operations group with overseeing procedures to open, operate and close Aggie Stadium on a daily basis. Work with the Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) Event Staff to coordinate events at Aggie Stadium and provide support at the Field Hockey Field, Dobbins Baseball Complex, Aggie Soccer Field, La Rue Softball Field, Toomey Track and the Pavilion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Recent Graduate of UC Davis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps.

Preferred

• Experience with scoreboard controllers and game clocks.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or Microsoft Publisher.
