Required Qualifications:
Completion of a recognized apprenticeship as a plumber/pipefitter/steamfitter OR full journey status as a plumber/pipefitter/steamfitter in a union OR four years applicable work experience.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
4-years work experience on institutional or commercial construction projects within the last 7 years.
Possession of (or obtain within 6 months of hire) a Washington State Labor and Industry journey-level plumbing certification.
Possession of or ability to acquire and maintain a welding certification specific to the weld type, when required by the job and weld type, on a case-by-case basis and when the need arises.
