Interiors Job Captain

Min. 4-years of experience

• Architectural license or interior design certification is preferred, but not required.
• Key attributes sought of candidates:
• Production proficiency utilizing REVIT™  is pre-requisite
• Proficient at life-safety/egress/plumbing count code analysis
• Coordination skills with MEP and furniture consultants
• Coordination skills in compiling a comprehensive CD set
• Coordination skills with General Contractors during Construction
• (RFI’s, submittals, cost tracking)
