Requisition Number: S_220922Department: Athletics-0850Description of Work: Supervise all building systems and ground maintenance at the Devaney Sports Center and surrounding areas. Building systems maintenance includes heating, lighting, structural, and other repair. Grounds maintenance will be mowing, watering, fertilization, chemical treatment, snow removal, road and sidewalk maintenance and repair. Perform specialty tasks such as locksmith work. Work includes lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, and working from ladders, scaffolding and in difficult places.
