Under general supervision, ensures all plumbing fixtures and devices are maintained, installed, and inspected correctly and without leaks. Demonstrates compliance with regard to safety practices and requirements as outlined by the University of South Carolina, School of Medicine-Columbia (SOMC), and OSHA policies, procedures, and regulations. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.

High school diploma and 6 years directly related trade experience.
Must have a valid South Carolina driver's license. Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications.
