Assistant Supervisor Trades - HVAC
Under general supervision, Assistant Supervisor Trades - HVAC will serve as working leader of a multi-trade team. The Assistant Supervisor may assume responsibility for the crew in the absence of a supervisor. This activity involves performing the work of the specialized field, assigning work orders, monitoring work orders, ensuring completion and recording of work orders, explaining tasks to co-workers, assisting with training of co-workers, maintaining time and material records, and assisting with performance evaluations, as requested. Receives general direction from supervisor and provides leadership a minimum of 25% of the time, to at least one skilled worker, depending on complexity of the particular job or project.
