Summary of Duties:
Evaluate equipment operations problems and emergencies in buildings on campuses having multiple buildings which are non-contiguous; take appropriate action to return equipment to its normal operating condition; monitor building systems operations to ensure their normal functioning.

Required Qualifications:
Four years of journey-level experience in one or more skilled trades, including experience in heating and air-conditioning systems, mechanical and electrical systems. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
A valid unrestricted driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience using all types of power tools and equipment utilized in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, environmental and structural systems and equipment.
Four (4) years of journey level experience in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical trade.
Demonstrated computer software skills, including the ability to use office software, such as databases, spreadsheets, word processing.
