We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage our AMLI Lenox community. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the service team to ensure all upkeep, inventory, and repair of grounds and buildings of this stunning high rise. Duties Include:

• Lead the maintenance staff; delegate and/or participate in diagnosing problems and replacing and/or repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances.
• Schedule and direct supervision of all in-house and/or vendor work.
• Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial, and grounds departments under the direction and approval of the Community Manager.
• Assist in annual budget preparation. Monitor and control utility, repair and maintenance, and capital expenses per budget.
• Ensure timely and effective property maintenance to enhance and maintain its curb appeal and that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status on time.
• Required to rotate calls with other service staff and back up Service Technicians as required.

Requirements:
EPA Universal or type 1 and 2 certification plus 1-3 years of related experience.
