HVAC Technician
This position will be under general supervision, perform journey-level work in the installation, maintenance, inspection, modification, and repair of mechanical HVAC equipment and perform all other related work as required. This position is required to maintain, troubleshoot, repair/or replace equipment as needed. Inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations; inspect related work performed by contractors; estimate cost, time and materials for HVAC projects; participate in the maintenance and operations of an HVAC shop; clean, maintain and service tools and equipment used in the performance of duties.
