About the role:
Due to the growing workload in Auckland, we currently require an experienced HVAC Technician to join our site-based team based at the University of Auckland Accommodation portfolio.
You will be based on our client sites, working in a team comprised of trades staff, admin support and facility and project managers. This will include some planned maintenance, reactive tasks and project work.
As you will be working on a client site, strong adherence to health and safety of yourself and others, and good quality finishing work is essential.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- HVAC or refrigeration Trade qualified.
- NZ Limited Electrical licence.
- Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/ipad (for job dispatch).
