Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager executes, coordinates and supervises all physical plant growth and maintenance across campus buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure that the property, and its mechanical systems, are in excellent condition inside and out. This involves performing maintenance tasks on a regular basis and coordinating the use of and overseeing outside contractors for certain projects. The Facilities Manager must be able to deal appropriately with a variety of stakeholders, including directing vendors and contractors.
