MINIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required (Must provide official transcripts at time of interview)
- Seven (7) years of facilities operations and/or plant operations work experience in a large multi-site organization is required
- Three (3) years of management and/or supervisory experience is required
- One (1) year of experience with a unionized workforce is required
- Prior project management experience is required
- Current experience with Life Safety Codes is required
- Proficient using Microsoft Office is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience is preferred
- Licensed as an Engineer or licensed in a hospital-related trade is preferred
- Current hospital and/or healthcare system experience is preferred
